Its been a while since Ive updated this site so let me begin as usual with an apology for that. The only excuse I can offer is the fact that since I got back from the fight in Vegas, Do The Ayatollah has gone crazy and with that and the gigs, I just haven't had a minute. Thanks to everyone for their kind words regarding the song. Its amazing that something I did as a bit of a joke has caught on like it has. At the last check weve had nearly 35,000 hits on You Tube and thousands more on My Space and other sites. A big thanks to Red Dragon, The Echo and the Argus, and BBC Wales who are right behind us along with everyone else who has helped with it. Thanks also to the musical genius that is Nigel Hart (and all at Shabbey Road recording studios, producer Paul Childs, Nathan, Mike and their lovely familes, Dave, all the fans who turned up for the recording session and the video and all the fans who have supported and bought the song. We really appreciate it!
Anyway, that's all for now. Watch this space. And keep an eye out for details of a gig at the (smaller) Conference Theatre at the CIA on 14th June.
In the meantime, City for the Cup!
